Nevrosa: Escape launched on December 22, 2017 as a VR escape room horror game. Following launch, the developer shipped several feature patches through 2018 — a major graphics and soundtrack overhaul in July 2018 and a post-Halloween model update in November 2018. The sole DLC, the Symphonic Soundtrack, was released on February 28, 2020. No further content updates, patches, or developer communications specific to this game appear after April 2021, when GexagonVR posted a studio anniversary celebration that mentioned Nevrosa: Escape only in the context of a sale discount. The studio's attention visibly shifted to newer titles in the Nevrosa series (Spider Song, Primal Ritual) and then to Hard Bullet, a separate VR action game. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced but unshipped content, and no roadmap or developer statement promising future updates. The developer's last notable communication was April 16, 2021, and that post made no commitments specific to Nevrosa: Escape. With the only DLC shipped and no update activity since at least mid-2021, the game appears to have reached its completed state.

- Full room scale locomotion: no teleport, touchpad movement or other tricks — feel free to walk around exploring environment like in real life. You'll need only 1,5x2m to play.
- You have a body! We don't hide or transform your hands too. If you take an object — you take it with your hand just like it supposed to be in the real life. So keep your fingers safe from fire and sharp objects — you'll need them.
- Special modes — let's keep it in secret for now :)
