Ocean's Heart launched on January 21, 2021 as a complete, self-contained action RPG. Following launch, the developer shipped two feature patches — v1.01 in February 2021 (adding control remapping, quality-of-life improvements, and bug fixes) and v1.0.2 in May 2021 (adding Japanese localization and more bug fixes). A small controller input fix arrived in September 2023, which appears to be the last maintenance touch on the game. No DLC has ever been announced or listed, and the store description describes a finished, story-driven adventure with no mention of future content. In December 2024, the developer announced a brand-new game called Tombwater, actively directing Ocean's Heart fans toward wishlisting that title — a clear sign that the developer has moved on to their next project. Ocean's Heart was built and shipped as a complete experience, and all available evidence confirms it remains so.
