Panelak launched on December 13, 2024 as a self-contained horror adventure game. The store description presents it as a complete experience with a clear beginning, set of mechanics, and goal (reaching the roof). There are no DLC listings, no season pass, no roadmap, and no developer statements announcing additional content. Post-launch, Pajos games was active in addressing player-reported issues: eight bug-fix patches shipped in the weeks immediately following launch, and three feature patches added quality-of-life improvements such as controller support, Steam Deck compatibility, Polish localization, Czech voice acting, and various gameplay adjustments (the most recent being Patch 1.8 on February 27, 2025). This is consistent with a small developer polishing a finished product after launch rather than building toward future content. No developer communication since February 27, 2025 has announced expansions, sequels, or additional story content. The game appears to have shipped as a complete, self-contained package and has since entered a maintenance-complete state.
