The publisher, Indietopia Games, posted an announcement on January 24, 2024 stating they were ending their publishing business and that Pulstar would be removed from sale on February 1, 2024. The game is no longer purchasable on Steam, consistent with that announcement. The publisher also noted that online leaderboards would remain active only until the end of 2024.
