Evaluation
Second Warfare entered Steam Early Access on June 22, 2015 and has never left that status. The developer, Kobra Studio, released a small number of updates over the years: a content and bug-fix patch in September 2016 that added a new map and mission, and a more substantial engine and systems update in June 2019. Since that June 18, 2019 post, there has been complete silence — no patches, announcements, roadmaps, or any communication of any kind from the developer. No full 1.0 release has been announced or delivered, and no future content has ever been committed to in any official post. With no developer activity since June 18, 2019, there is no way to confirm whether development is still continuing or has been quietly abandoned.
Evidence
