Evaluation
StellarHub is a starbase management game that released on August 16, 2017. The developer shipped a significant 2.0 relaunch on August 4, 2018, which ported the game to a new engine (Godot with OpenGL ES 3.0) and incorporated community feedback — but was explicitly described as a polish and improvement release rather than a major content expansion. Prior to that, a Global Update 1.1 progress report was posted on May 28, 2018 detailing engine and UI changes in development.
After the 2.0 relaunch in August 2018, there have been no further developer communications, patches, or content releases for StellarHub. The news feed spanning 33 posts shows only two StellarHub-specific entries (the 2018 posts), while all other recent posts are from the publisher promoting entirely different games — Brotherhood, DREAMOUT, Heads Will Roll: Reforged, Blades for Hire, and Decadent Heir. These are unrelated titles sharing the same publisher's Steam news feed. None of these posts reference StellarHub.
There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap, no announced future content, and no developer statement about ongoing plans for StellarHub. The last meaningful communication from the developer about this specific game was the 2.0 relaunch post on August 4, 2018. The game appears to have launched and been updated to a stable 2.0 state, after which development concluded. It functions as a complete, finished product.
Evidence
StellarHub 2.0 relaunch released, porting the game to the Godot engine with OpenGL ES 3.0, full UI redesign, and gameplay improvements. Developer explicitly stated this was about improving and balancing existing content rather than adding major new content.
Progress report on Global Update 1.1, detailing engine overhaul, UI redesign, new resources (Ice, Water, Beverages), defense platform changes, and research tree rework — all part of the eventual 2.0 release.

About this game
StellarHub is a starbase management game with strong survival elements, where you act as the Captain of a space station embarked on a pioneering mission to build new homes for humans in outer space.
Assemble modules to build an extensive station
You can choose from a range of 30 different modules (including solar panels, research labs, crew quarters, organic farms, greenhouses and many more) equipped with all kind of facilities to ensure your station stays functional and safe. Every module consumes a certain amount of energy and oxygen and needs time and resources to be assembled so ponder your choices carefully!

Manage, take care and enhance your station crew
Each crew member is endowed with a unique set of skills and abilities, as well as personality traits and specific needs. Find the most efficient way to assign them to various tasks such as construction, extraction of resources, research and trade. Watch your crew thrive but always remember to keep an eye on their morale and health conditions -- once someone dies they're gone forever! Preserve them by building special modules for leisure activities and med bays.

Develop research and trade to enhance the efficiency of your station
Use the Scientific Research Map to unlock special bonuses and technologies that affect some vital aspects of your station ecosystem such as the speed of resource depletion, the power of your defense weapons, the growth rate of livestock and so on. Trade ores and other resources with space merchants to avoid running out of funds or supplies.

Test your planning skills on different types of environments
You will be able to choose among 6 different worlds offering unique playing conditions and challenges to face (sun and meteor activity, the presence of space pirates, resource amount and placement, etc.) or to randomly generate a completely new map. Will you be able to master them all?
