Evaluation

Transport Defender launched on Steam on September 11, 2017 and received a burst of feature updates over the following months, adding major systems like the Sentinel system (September 25, 2017), the Drone system (October 14, 2017), and several rounds of balancing and new features through early 2018. The developer's last communication, on February 26, 2018, added a Feature Prestige system and included a candid personal note: the developer mentioned health issues, stated they were "working on a new game," and — importantly — said they had "added all big additions I wanted after TD release on Steam (sentinel and drone)" and were "out of ideas right now." This is effectively a developer statement that the planned content for Transport Defender has been delivered. No updates of any kind have been posted since February 26, 2018. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap commitments, and no announcements of future content. The game is a free-to-play idle/clicker title that launched as a feature-complete product and received its intended post-launch additions within the first few months. Development of new content concluded in early 2018.
Evidence
Final developer post: adds Feature Prestige system, mentions health issues, confirms working on a new game with no ETA. This is the last communication from the developer.
