The developer remains actively engaged. The most recent update, Hotfix #6 for the "BRICKLAYER Update," shipped on August 1, 2026 — nine days before this assessment. It added new terrain textures, increased rendering distance, and various bug fixes, while explicitly noting that a Hotfix 7 is likely coming to improve explosion kills and dedicated server stability. It also mentions preparing the Excelsa Mestnost map for an "upcoming extension," signaling further content work ahead.
