Attack on Titan 2 launched in March 2018 and received a substantial expansion — the "Final Battle Upgrade Pack" — on July 5, 2019, which added the full Season 3 story, new playable characters, new weapons, and a new game mode. This was the game's last major content release. All 41 DLC items listed on the store have been released, including two season passes (one for additional episodes and one for costumes), both of which were fully delivered. Following the Final Battle expansion, the developer issued a few patches through November 19, 2019 to address bugs and balance issues. The last official communication from the developer was a bug fix update on November 19, 2019. There are no unreleased DLC items, no announced future content, and no ongoing update activity since late 2019. The game launched as a complete anime adaptation covering Seasons 1–3 and has received all promised content.
