BIOS launched out of Early Access on December 13, 2016. The developer's launch post explicitly stated "The game is complete, but expect optimizations and fixes following your feedback." Two bug fix patches followed shortly after launch (December 15 and December 29, 2016), and no further developer communications have been made since. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no roadmaps, and no announcements of upcoming content. The store description still references the Early Access version's contents, but the game's Early Access flag is no longer active. The developer's last communication was on December 29, 2016, and the game has received no updates of any kind since then. Given the explicit "game is complete" statement at launch, the lack of any subsequent content announcements, and nearly a decade of silence, BIOS shipped as a finished product with no post-launch content cycle.
