Evaluation
Craftopia has been in Early Access since September 4, 2020 and remains explicitly marked as such on Steam. On September 4, 2026 — the game's 6th anniversary — Pocketpair published a major developer update confirming that Craftopia will leave Early Access and launch as Version 1.0 in 2027, simultaneously on Steam and Xbox Series X|S. The announcement also confirmed that new content will arrive alongside Version 1.0, with more details to be shared closer to release.
Pocketpair acknowledged that the 1.0 update will focus more on polish and refinement than sheer content volume, but was explicit that new content is planned. The studio also noted it has invested significantly more resources into Craftopia following the success of Palworld, and has resolved longstanding technical issues — including achieving the breakthroughs needed to bring the game to Xbox Series X|S (while discontinuing the Xbox One version).
Development activity leading up to this announcement has been consistent: the 5th Anniversary Update shipped on September 9, 2025 with major new features (terrain editing, new dungeons, vehicles); the Winter Update 2025 followed on December 18, 2025 with a new Boss Challenge Dungeon, new skills, and multiplayer improvements; and further patches arrived in February and March 2026. The 6th anniversary itself was marked with a mini content update adding new equipment and furniture items alongside the 1.0 announcement.
The game is actively being developed toward a confirmed 2027 full release, with new content explicitly promised as part of that launch.

Farming
20+ crops are available for you to grow. Of course, you can grow crops one by one, but there are more you can do. With the power of agricultural machines, you can have large scale fields.While enjoying your self-sufficient life, why not make your colorful orchards?

Breeding

When the detector starts beeping, it's the sign that you're getting close to a dangerous dungeon. Back to the town to equip yourself, then enter the dungeon in the hope of finding treasures.
