EARTH DEFENSE FORCE: IRON RAIN launched on October 15, 2019. All 35 DLC items listed on the store — including cosmetics, weapons, currency packs, and the only mission DLC ("Golden Storm," released October 30, 2019) — were released at or very shortly after launch. No DLC remains unreleased. The developer's news feed for this game's Steam page has been used primarily to announce other D3PUBLISHER/YUKE'S titles in the EDF series and related games (EDF6, EDF World Brothers 2, Full Metal Schoolgirl). None of the 41 posts scanned contain any developer communication about new content, updates, or continued development for Iron Rain itself. There are zero development status posts, zero feature patches, and only two bug fix posts in the game's history. The six posts tagged as major content all refer to entirely separate games. The last content released for Iron Rain was the "Golden Storm" mission DLC on October 30, 2019.
