Evaluation
Flora launched on December 27, 2017 and received post-launch patches, with the most recent being version 1.2 on September 23, 2019, which added minion names, unit cards, a sound menu, and updated controls. On December 6, 2019, the developer announced they were moving on to build a new, separate game called Flora Surfing — explicitly noting that many Flora elements (like minions) would not be returning, signaling that Flora itself was considered a completed project. There have been no developer communications of any kind since December 6, 2019. No unreleased DLC exists on the store, no roadmap or future content was ever announced for Flora, and the developer has publicly redirected their focus to a new title. Flora appears to have shipped as a finished, self-contained product and received only minor updates before development concluded.

Welcome to Flora, a whimsical world full of vibrant colors and lovable creatures waiting to be saved by Twig, a head strong girl and her companion Red, a sapling Grand Guardian wise beyond his years. Twig will have to befriend the creatures of forest, and uncover the abilities of her forgotten past to battle back the evil creeping corruption that threatens the very existence of the forest, her home, and all that she holds dear!
Using the powers of the Vine Weavers, a mystical force thought to have vanished long ago, Twig will have to unite the forest against the spreading corruption. With the powers to manipulate the forest, and control the bountiful amount of friendly minions within it, battle hordes of enemies, purify them into allies, and help reunite Red with his parents in the heart of the forest!
