GetMeBro! entered Steam Early Access on April 29, 2020, with the developer framing it as an opportunity to gather feedback before a fuller release. The game launched with cross-platform play (PC, iOS, Android), in-game tournaments, ranked matchmaking, and weekly rotating maps. A feature post on May 2, 2020 highlighted the cross-play login system — and that is the last official communication from the developer on record.
Since May 2, 2020, GimmeBreak has published nothing: no patch notes, no development updates, no roadmap, and no announcement of a 1.0 launch or completion.
