Jets'n'Guns Gold

Jets'n'Guns Gold released on February 5, 2014 as a complete, self-contained scrolling shooter. The developer, Rake in Grass, subsequently used this game's Steam page to also post news about their follow-up title, Jets'n'Guns 2, which is a separate game. The news posts from 2019–2020 that describe feature patches and updates (new levels, weapons, bosses, difficulty changes) are all directed at Jets'n'Guns 2 during its Early Access development period, not at this Gold edition. Jets'n'Guns 2 fully released on July 24, 2020, and received its last documented update (a bug fix patch) on August 21, 2020. Since then, there have been no developer communications of any kind on this page. The store description for Jets'n'Guns Gold describes a fixed set of content — 43 levels, 270+ enemies, 70 weapons — with no mention of ongoing updates or future content. There are no DLC listings and no roadmap or announcement of additional content for this title. The studio's attention shifted entirely to Jets'n'Guns 2. Jets'n'Guns Gold launched as a finished product and has received no post-launch content of its own; it is complete.
