Lies of P launched on September 18, 2023, and has received one major paid DLC expansion: Lies of P: Overture, which released on June 6, 2025. The expansion added new story content, weapons, Legion Arms, and combat mechanics. Alongside it, the base game received a substantial patch introducing a boss rematch system, new difficulty options, and numerous quality-of-life improvements.
Since the Overture launch, the developer has issued a series of maintenance patches: versions 1.9.0.0/1.10.0.0 on June 20, 2025, version 1.11.0.0 on August 27, 2025, version 1.12.0.0 on September 25, 2025, and most recently version 1.13.1.0 on August 5, 2026. The August 2026 patch notes the release of a "Lies of P: Complete Edition" on Nintendo Switch 2 and the game's arrival on the Epic Games Store — platform expansions, but no new content.
