Evaluation
Lodventure launched into Early Access and received regular updates throughout 2023, adding new regions, combat systems, and features. On November 2, 2023, the developer announced the final Early Access region ("Hatti's Dark Brook") and noted there was "some stuff planned for after v1.0" — however, that promise was subsequently walked back. On November 15, 2023, the developer posted that the Early Access roadmap was complete and the upcoming v1.0 would be the final update before release, with no further content mentioned. Lodventure officially launched as v1.0 on December 11, 2023, with the developer confirming they had "added every content we have planned for v1.0."
Since the v1.0 launch, there have been no further updates, announcements, or developer communications about Lodventure. The developer's subsequent news posts (from February and May 2025) are entirely about a different game — Make It Count — which Sky Games launched in May 2025. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap promises outstanding, and no indication of planned post-launch content for Lodventure. The game shipped as a complete product on December 11, 2023.
