Evaluation
Merry Glade launched on May 11, 2018 as a self-contained puzzle adventure game. The only DLC ever released was a soundtrack pack on the same day as the game itself — a clear indicator that no post-launch content was ever planned or delivered. The developer's subsequent news posts from 2019 and 2020 are entirely focused on other games in their catalog (Geese vs Cthulhu, Mushroom Cats 2, Call of Fries), with no mention of any updates, additions, or continued development for Merry Glade. The developer's March 2020 post mentions finishing "other projects," but this appears to refer to their broader portfolio — and none of these announcements reference Merry Glade. The last developer communication referencing this game at all dates to its 2018 launch period. The game shipped as a complete, finished product and has remained unchanged since release.

About this game

About the game.
A Merry Glade is a bloody love story between Bunny and Carrot. Easy mouse control and funny puzzles make the game accessible for anyone. Although there’s the catch… There’s too much death and blood in it. Bunny will have to avoid all the traps and enemies to get to his Carrot. And sometimes it takes more than one try to do that…
From the developer.
Actually I don’t know what to say. Despite its childish style the game has lots of blood and gore. I wouldn’t show it to children…
