Need For Drink

Need For Drink launched on Steam Early Access on April 14, 2017 and graduated to its full 1.0 release on November 3, 2017. The 1.0 launch brought a new map, new game modes, controller and interface improvements, additional game servers, and expanded language support. Following the 1.0 release, the only developer communication for this game was a small hotfix on November 6, 2017 to address a map bug. There have been no further updates, patches, or announcements for Need For Drink since that date. The developer, Room710Games, has continued to be active — but their post-2017 activity has been entirely focused on their other titles: Half Dead 2 (released August 2019), Half Dead 3 (announced April 2021), and Shadows in Silence (beta tested November 2024, released February 2025). None of these communications reference any planned content for Need For Drink. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, and no developer roadmap for this game. The evidence points to Need For Drink having shipped as a complete product at its 1.0 launch on November 3, 2017, with no post-launch content cycle.
