Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition launched on April 11, 2017 as a remastered version of the classic 1999 RPG. It shipped as a complete product, with the only DLC being the official soundtrack released on the same day. There is no story content, expansions, or additional gameplay content that was ever announced or planned beyond the base release.
On August 20, 2026, Beamdog published a public beta for version 3.2.0, a technical maintenance update that brings engine improvements already delivered to their other Enhanced Edition titles (Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale). The update adds new language localizations (Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech on mobile, and Italian), native Apple Silicon support, Linux library upgrades, iOS keyboard and file access fixes, and various modding improvements. Beamdog explicitly notes this is about bringing PST:EE up to parity with their other titles, not about new game content. The post also mentions that "not all 2.7 features have made it into this initial beta build — more improvements will arrive in future updates," indicating further technical patches are expected.
This is a maintenance and compatibility update to an otherwise complete product. No new story content, gameplay content, or expansions have been announced. The game remains a finished release; the ongoing activity is purely technical upkeep.
