Survarium has been permanently shut down and removed from Steam. On February 7, 2022, Vostok Games announced that after nearly ten years, they had made the difficult decision to close Survarium, with servers planned to go offline in mid-May 2022 and the game to be delisted from Steam. A follow-up post on May 25, 2022 confirmed that the servers would go offline on May 31, 2022 at 23:59 Kyiv time. The game now shows no purchase options available, confirming it has been delisted. The developer stated that after the closure, the Vostok Games team would fully focus on a new project already in development at that time.
