Taora: Survival launched into Early Access on May 23, 2024. Through the rest of 2024, Tulpar Games was fairly active: they published a detailed roadmap on June 3, 2024 outlining a wide range of features still to be added (zombie hordes, radiation zones, item durability, fishing, controller support, expanded faction systems, and more), and shipped several updates adding new vehicles, zones, a pet mechanic, a character creator, a faction system, and NPCs with side missions — roughly every few weeks to months.
The last recorded developer communication was a hotfix posted on December 3, 2024. Since then — as of June 21, 2026 — there have been no news posts, patch notes, or other official updates. This silence of more than 18 months breaks the active update pattern the developer maintained throughout 2024 and leaves a large number of roadmap features still undelivered. The game remains in Early Access with no 1.0 release date announced and no developer statement about whether development is continuing, paused, or concluded.
Evidence

Taora is an island that is infested with zombies and hold many places to explore and loot.
You will be playing 4 characters that have various skills. You can build your base, craft and upgrade your gear, explore many unique places, loot materials or gears. You can modify and upgrade you vehicle to suit your needs.
Upgrade you characters` skills to fit different conditions like hacking electronics, reapiring broken things, healing the wounded or fighting with zombies.
