Xenon Valkyrie

Xenon Valkyrie launched on February 3, 2017 and received an active burst of post-launch updates through late 2017. The developer shipped a content patch the very next day (v1.0.1, February 4, 2017), followed by stabilization fixes, a substantial content update adding a new area, enemies, a new playable character, and a new boss (v1.1.0, March 28, 2017), and a final major patch adding stereo audio, four new languages, and extensive gameplay improvements (v1.2.0/1.2.1, October 6, 2017). No further updates to Xenon Valkyrie were made after October 6, 2017. The developer's next communication — posted on January 30, 2026 — announced an entirely new game called LarsGadiel, described as a prequel to Xenon Valkyrie. Subsequent posts on June 9, 2026 and June 30, 2026 announced a Steam Next Fest demo and a July 17, 2026 launch date for LarsGadiel, respectively. These posts confirm the developer is active but focused entirely on the new title, not on any additional content for Xenon Valkyrie. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap, and no announced future content for Xenon Valkyrie. The game was released as a complete product, with its post-launch content cycle concluding in October 2017.
