Evaluation
BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend launched on Steam on December 11, 2014 as a complete, expanded edition of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift — it arrived with its full character roster, story modes, and game modes already in place. The only DLC, a Japanese Voice Pack, shipped the very next day (December 12, 2014). A single patch followed on January 23, 2015, adding online quality-of-life features and fixing bugs. Since that patch, the developer has posted nothing about new content — the remaining nine posts on record are sales and discount notices. There are no unreleased DLC items, no announced future content, and no roadmap. This game launched as a finished product and has been content-complete since December 2014.
Evidence

Story
Several years after the end of the Second War, multiple branches of the Librarium reputed to command a force as powerful as an entire nation’s army were suddenly and utterly destroyed. Inexplicably, the hidden cauldrons within each branch were also completely decimated. The few survivors spoke in hushed, shaken tones of a single man who had
appeared out of nowhere, cutting down all in his path.
