TEKKEN 7

TEKKEN 7 launched on June 1, 2017 and received an extensive run of paid DLC content across four season passes, spanning from launch through March 23, 2021. The four season passes introduced numerous new fighters, stages, and features over that period. The last paid content — DLC18 (Lidia Sobieska) and DLC19 (Island Paradise) — shipped on March 23, 2021 as part of Season Pass 4. After that final DLC, the developer continued maintaining the game with free feature updates through late 2022, including a major balance patch (Ver. 5.00) in August 2022 and a customization/streaming feature update (Ver. 5.10) in December 2022. However, from late 2022 onward, the developer's attention shifted entirely to TEKKEN 8, which launched on January 26, 2024. All news posts on the TEKKEN 7 Steam page from late 2023 and January 2024 are promotional material for TEKKEN 8. All 24 DLC items listed on the store are released, and no new season passes or unreleased content have been announced for TEKKEN 7. The store description still references the Season Pass as a separate purchase, but this is standard boilerplate — all season pass content has shipped. The developer has not announced any further content for TEKKEN 7, and TEKKEN 8 is now the active entry in the franchise. TEKKEN 7's content development concluded with the final Season 4 DLC in March 2021.
