Ultra Street Fighter® IV

Ultra Street Fighter IV launched on August 7, 2014 as the definitive version of the Street Fighter IV series, bundling five new characters, six new stages, rebalanced gameplay, and all previously released costume DLC. Following launch, Capcom issued several patches addressing netcode, balance, and features, culminating in patch 1.04 in December 2014, which also introduced the free Omega Mode — a completely reworked version of all 44 characters with new moves and mechanics. The last batch of paid DLC costume packs (the Horror series) shipped on October 28, 2015. All 38 DLC items in the store listing are marked as released, with the Horror packs being the final additions. There have been no developer communications, patch notes, DLC announcements, or roadmap posts from Capcom since October 2015. The game was explicitly positioned as the "definitive version" of Street Fighter IV, and Capcom moved on to Street Fighter V (released February 2016). With no unreleased DLC, no developer statements about future content, and a communication silence stretching back to October 28, 2015, the game is complete.
