Dungeon Brewmaster launched into Early Access on May 23, 2018. In the weeks following launch, the developer was active — shipping two feature patches in May 2018 and then a substantial Act 2 content update on June 27, 2018, which added new story content, characters, brews, and gameplay systems. That June 2018 post explicitly stated that Act 3 was "currently in the works" along with another unannounced update, signalling clear plans for continued development. The developer's last official communication was on January 14, 2019 — a short post announcing a discount for Australian players, closing with "hopefully we will have updates on updates soon." No posts, patches, or announcements have appeared since that date. Act 3 and the promised unannounced update have never shipped. The game remains in Early Access with no indication of a full release, and the developer has been completely silent since January 14, 2019. The promised content has not arrived and no explanation has been provided for the extended silence.

Dungeon Brewmaster is an immersive VR experience that transports you into the role of a seemingly ordinary magical bartender. You’ll brew potions (or poisons) for a variety of fantastical patrons. Every recipe is unique, made from a collection of unusual raw ingredients. But be warned; Every brew comes with consequences. The effects of which will be felt far beyond the walls of the old tavern. So choose your brew wisely.

Behind the old bar, you’ll find a constantly growing assortment of ingredients, equipment and utensils - all at your disposal. Each one with a specific, specialized function that will test your wizardly skill level. Follow the recipes within the enchanted spell book to progress the story as endless unwitting customers pass through the tavern doors. Your choices alone control the world of Dungeon Brewmaster.
