She Wants Me Dead launched on May 13, 2016 as a finished rhythm-platformer. Its only DLC — a music track pack — also released on launch day, May 13, 2016. The developer, Hello There Games, has made very few public posts since launch. The most recent was on December 9, 2022, a small feature patch that added Steam achievements to coincide with the game's release on Nintendo Switch and Xbox. That post reads as a celebratory housekeeping update rather than a signal of ongoing content development. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, no roadmap, and no developer statements suggesting additional content is planned. The game was designed and shipped as a complete product, and the 2022 patch simply brought the Steam version in line with console releases.

SHE WANTS ME DEAD is the groovy love child of Dark Souls and Grumpy Cat. A side-scrolling, 2D, stupid hard, rhythm-platformer. Unforgiving but also rewarding, in the end. If you ever make it there. Also, it offers a hell of a speedrun challenge.
