Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX!!!!! launched on Steam on September 29, 2015 as a complete fighting game — its store description presents a full package with 23 playable characters, multiple game modes, full story content, and online play, with no mention of planned DLC or future content additions.
The game received standard bug fix patches through November 2016, the last of which was a minor exit-behavior fix. There is no history of post-launch DLC or major content updates for this specific title.
In July 2017, the developer posted an announcement about a Kickstarter campaign — but this was for a separate, successor game: Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX SixStarS!!!!!!. That campaign was not about adding content to this game; it was raising funds to localize and port the newer arcade version as a distinct release on Steam. This confirms that development effort had moved on to the next title rather than continuing to support this one.
